This website www.spowdi.com (“Website”) is operated by Spowdi AB, also referred to as “Spowdi”, “our”, “us” or “we”. A company registered in Sweden under registration number 559098-2954 and located at Kölinge Bostället 14, 75595 Uppsala, Sweden.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Website and the Webshop. Spowdi reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions are those accessible on the Website.
Information on this website are owned by the company or its partner[s] and should not be copied without permission.
Each item is listed in Euro excluding value-added tax (VAT). In the cart you can see the total price including shipping and value-added tax (VAT).
Payment is made through the selected payment method at checkout. The payment method is provided by Bambora together with its partners.
Payment is accepted by Visa and MasterCard. Payment from your debit card takes place immediately.
Shipping and shipping methods
Shipping is free on all orders within the EU. We sell and ship to the following countries at the moment:
- Czech Republic
- United Kingdom
Delivery usually takes place within 2-7 working days after the order has been processed. In the order confirmation that you will receive by e-mail you will find the order number hat can be used to track your shipment.
Delivery will be made directly to the address you have specified at the time of purchase.
Liability for defects (right of warranty)
On receiving your order it is important to check that the product[s] received are correct and not damaged. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. All products come with a 3-year warranty according to Swedish law.
Cooling-off period and returns
There is a 14-day cooling-off period following the receipt of an order. Up until 14 days, products can be returned for a full refund providing they are returned in their original packaging and are in “as new” condition. You may unpack and test the product, but it should not be used. If a customer wishes to return a product for a full refund, the customer organises and pays for all return postage.
If you choose to return a product, we will provide a full refund within 30 days from the date the product is received by us. You will be charged the return cost when the item is returned.

Force Majeure such as war, extensive labour disputes, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious contagion or other extent that a party has no control over, which prevents a party from fulfilling its obligations and releasing a party from it. Such exemption applies, provided that the activities cannot be carried out under these conditions. The counterparty shall be immediately informed of the circumstances that may apply this provision.
Changes to contract terms
After the customer has completed a purchase, the Sales Company is not entitled to change the terms of the current purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Disputes & laws
Swedish law applies to all purchases under these terms and conditions. Dispute of purchase under these terms and conditions shall be exclusively investigated by the Swedish General Court.
